📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain partner relationships to ensure compliance with Converge ICT Solutions' standards and policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of partner activities to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and onboard new partners.
• Provide training and support to partners to enhance their capabilities and performance.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all partners meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of partner agreements and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or a similar role in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing partner relationships.
• Strong knowledge of IT compliance standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using partner management software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.
• Certification in project management or partner management is a plus.
