As a Financial Services Consultant, you will work closely with our bank partners to understand their customers' needs and tailor our financial products to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial consultation to policy issuance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their customers.
• Understand and tailor Sharia-compliant financial products to meet customers' needs.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to policy issuance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates on existing policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a Sharia-compliant environment.
• Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Islamic Finance (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
