📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Support the culinary team by assisting with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Monitor and report any food safety or quality issues to the kitchen manager.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Follow and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff alike.
- Assist with kitchen cleanup and maintenance tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
