📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain various types of hoists and lifts, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and aerial work platforms.
• Transport materials and personnel to different levels of the construction site efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hoists and lifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of hoists and lifts for different projects.
• Provide training and support to other team members on the safe operation of hoists and lifts.
• Monitor and report any issues or malfunctions with hoists and lifts to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lift/Hoist Operator in the construction industry.
• Valid and current OSHA certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with various types of hoists and lifts, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and aerial work platforms.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Experience with using safety harnesses and fall protection equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
