📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the book industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a retail team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, such as QuickBooks or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, and the ability to analyze sales data.
