Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory, including stock levels and replenishment.,Promote and upsell luxury beauty and wellness products.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain quality standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of luxury beauty and wellness products is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
