📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and execute various event campaigns to promote Shopee products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.,Analyze event performance and provide insights for future improvements.,Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with vendors and partners to secure event resources.,Develop and maintain event marketing materials and promotional content.,Ensure compliance with Shopee's policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and management.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using event management software and tools.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for event planning.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
