Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage and grow the customer base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for business purposes.
