📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve population health in Indonesia.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives and programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of health programs and interventions.
• Represent NHG Population Health in industry conferences and events.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in population health or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in leadership and management roles.
• Strong understanding of health policies and systems in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of health information systems and data management.
