Salon Hana Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cash register, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the cash register and ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure the accuracy of financial records,Monitor inventory levels and alert management of any low stock items,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
