📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Design and implement training schedules and curricula that align with company objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior training officers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant training and development regulations.
  • Manage and oversee the training budget.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using training management software.
  • Experience in designing and delivering e-learning programs is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
