📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.,Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen management or similar roles.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
