In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a keen eye for detail. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and training to staff on internal control procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement improvements.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
