📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns.,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and scheduling social media content.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
