Link Glow Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team in Dili. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Perform regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Process and manage purchase orders, receiving, and stock transfers.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient stock replenishment.,Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure optimal storage conditions.,Provide reports and analysis on inventory levels, trends, and usage.,Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
