Easy Port Abadi is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide training and support to the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
