📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the store.,Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.,Ensure that the store meets health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other retail management software.,Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
