In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures and make recommendations for improvement.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with safety management systems and software.
