📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs,Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
