📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and receipt of payments from clients.
• Maintain and update vendor and customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and submit financial reports and statements to management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a financial services or similar industry.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
