📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to ensure timely delivery to customers.,Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.,Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth product flow and meet customer demands.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and generate reports for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide training and support to distribution team members to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards related to distribution.,Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets.
