• Oversee daily operations of the wholesale and DIY sector, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record in driving sales and operational excellence.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of the retail industry and understanding of consumer behavior.
