📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the real estate and property sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present reports on business development activities to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate and property development.
• Represent AppleOne at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the real estate and property sector.
• Strong understanding of the real estate and property market in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
