In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every detail of the dining experience meets the highest standards of luxury. You'll work closely with our talented chefs, sommeliers, and service staff to create a seamless and memorable experience for our discerning guests. With locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll have the opportunity to work in some of Bali's most prestigious dining establishments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate with chefs, sommeliers, and other culinary staff to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain luxury clientele.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality.
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury fine dining.
• Proven ability to manage staff and operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other hospitality technology tools.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
