📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of clients and guests.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and equipment for events.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and staffing.,Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies.,Handle any last-minute issues or changes that may arise during events.,Provide training and support to junior banquet staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet/event management.,Strong knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for event hosting.,Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Experience with catering and vendor coordination is a plus.
