Puskesmas Eko Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café and ensuring that all aspects of our business run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including food and beverage service, cash handling, and customer service.,Manage and train the café staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and following all health and safety guidelines.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that we have the right supplies on hand at all times.,Work with the café manager to develop and implement operational plans and procedures.,Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.,Monitor and control cash handling and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.,Work with the café manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Experience in managing and training staff is essential.,Strong knowledge of health and safety guidelines is required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from management.
