📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior tax officers.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
  • Represent the company in tax-related meetings and negotiations with tax authorities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with international tax laws and regulations is a plus.
