Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.Develop and implement operational strategies that are aligned with the overall business goals.Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with their goals and objectives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
