As a Junior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations is a plus.
