Overseeing the daily operations of the department,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Managing a team of healthcare professionals,Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless healthcare delivery,Ensuring the availability and quality of medical supplies and equipment,Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives,Representing the department at meetings and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting,Certification in a relevant healthcare area (preferred),Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Proficiency in using relevant healthcare software and systems,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards
