📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics.,Provide exceptional customer service to banquet clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Manage the banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for events.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including client information, event details, and financial transactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote banquet services and attract new clients.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banquet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Banquet Staff or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of banquet operations, including event planning, staff management, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and staff.,Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Kendari, Indonesia.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
