📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.,Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Understanding of local market dynamics in Bali.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
